Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, Edge Prints has a limited refund policy. Each item is made to order specifically for you, which means we cannot resell returned items.

2. Eligible Refunds

We will provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects

If your product has a manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or appearance, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Damage

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Significant Deviation

If the final product significantly differs from the specifications or images provided, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect measurements provided by customer
  • Custom designs requested by customer
  • Items that have been used or modified
  • Digital products or files

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Include photos if applicable (for damage claims)
  4. We will review your request within 2 business days
  5. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

6. Return Shipping

For eligible refunds due to our error (manufacturing defects, shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other approved refunds, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if:

  • The issue is minor and doesn't affect functionality
  • You prefer to keep the item with a discount
  • The problem is partially due to customer specifications

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible due to the custom nature of our products.

9. Warranty

All products come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

  • Structural integrity issues
  • Print quality defects
  • Material defects
  • Assembly problems
