6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

7. Delivery Requirements

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Include contact phone number for delivery coordination
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Provide delivery instructions if needed

8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • No one available to receive
  • Inaccessible delivery location

The package will be returned to our facility. Redelivery fees may apply.

9. International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping:

  • We will investigate with the courier
  • Replacement or refund will be provided
  • No additional cost to you
